The best exercise for dogs is with their owner
It is of course very important to allow your dog proper exercise daily. For large breed dogs, they need at least a solid hour of some type of outdoor exercise every day.
For smaller dog, they may not need as much, but it is still excellent for their
overall well-being.
In these summer months, make sure your dog gets plenty of water and has extra water in their bowl throughout the day. Dehydration can be very detrimental to a dog’s health.
Enjoy!
Brody is a loving family retriever with some serious geriatric health issues, such as glaucoma, cataracts and anxiety.
This is a video of one of my acupuncture treatments of Brody.
Brody has improved steadily and is now enjoying a much better quality of life- that is the goal of the treatments.

Our canned Pet-Tao Diet is selling fast!
Our retail locations are stocking and re-stocking, and our distributors are letting us know that customers like it. The standard frozen version continues to sell at the same pace as usual. Some customers are just comfortable with canned food, so they prefer it.
We did a double-take when a retail store rep called and, after a staff member here asked for an update, the rep said, “Yes, we CAN…Please send us another case!”

Our heart goes out to the victims of the tragic situation in Haiti. We are wondering how we can help in any way. I have a client who has worked in missions in Haiti, so I am somewhat familiar with the country.
One bright spot is that many rescue dogs are helping search and find survivors. There is a video on CNN.com with some clips of dogs searching in piles of rubble. Dogs can get to places that humans cannot. They of course can find people and victims with their powerful sense of smell. They work until complete exhaustion. Remember 9/11 and how the dogs acted heroicly.
Our office wants to encourage anyone who can to give to Red Cross’ relief effort in Haiti. (That is what we have done).
